My Story

Hello! This is Hilda Elizabeth Benito Gomez and I feel blessed to be part from this beautiful Project some years ago. My mother registered me because she heard about the benefits for free and now, I enjoy the delicious meals and Bible classes, so she is thankful for everything and the blessings I get.

I am seventeen and as you know, I continue weaving typical blouses and I do the household duties. I love to run when weather is cold. My dream is to participate in the praise team from my church. I like to pray in the Bible classes from the Feeding Center. We are believers and we continue attending the Methodist Church. We like to go to the services on Sunday and on Saturdays we participate in fasting. My family is assured of our salvation because we have Jesus in our hearts and we are serving God in the church. We walk a long distance to go to the Program, so LW teacher prayed for protection from God upon us.

I live with my parents and they are doing well, my father is earning a living as a day laborer and he also cultivate vegetables to sell and my mother weaves typical clothing and she is a housewife. My mother helped to collect this information during the visit and I hope you find interesting to read it.

Have a happy day!
