My Story

Hello! It is a pleasure to greet you and wish you a brilliant and happy day.  I want to share some news about my family and me through this letter. I am Marina Noemi Flores Acual and I am 12 years old. At the moment, we are not attending any church. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with my mother and for their encouraging words. This year, I am in 3rd grade at school. I am receiving face-to-face classes every day and I am learning a lot with this study method, and I am spending time with my classmates. Currently, my father is making an effort to support my siblings and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive and that they do not have a stable job. In the future, I want to become a teacher. I speak Spanish where I live, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. My favorite celebration is Christmas because I enjoy spending that day with my family. Coca-Cola is my favorite beverage. Soccer is the sport that I prefer. What I like to do for my birthday is to eat delicious cake with my family. We have a dog and rabbits at home. Thank God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Marina Acual Callejas. She is 40 years old. At the moment, she earns a living by working in a plant nursery in our village. My father`s name is Gilberto Flores Hernandez.  He is 52 years old. Currently, he continues working as a day laborer for the Municipality of Dueñas. As a humble family, our needs are groceries. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every year´s end. I hope you like to read my letter.  May God bless you!

Kisses and hugs,

Marina Noemi Flores Acual
