My Story

I greet you in Jesus’ name, and I hope you are having a blessed year. I am happy to have the opportunity to write you this letter and tell you how I am doing this year. Thankfully, God has taken care of my family and me. We have accepted Jesus as our personal Savior, and we are members of a Pentecostal Church called Prince of Peace Church. We enjoy all the activities done there, but our favorite ones are the thanksgiving services for the harvest.

My parents are working hard to cover the family needs. My father continues living in the United States, and he is now working in a flower shop. He keeps in touch with us and sends money every fifteen days. My mother works hard at home, and she raises hens and grows corn to improve the income. I would like to ask for your prayers for her life since she is suffering from diabetes; she is already under a medical treatment. She helped me to give my personal information to LW Evangelism team during their visit of this year.

I graduated from high school last year, but I could not continue with my studies this year. I prayed a lot to God because I wanted to pass all my grades, and He helped me with it. I am now busy embroidering napkins at home. I have a friend named Paola, and we like attending church together; I met her 5 years ago. I have a faithful friend and He is Jesus because He helps me in every moment of my life. My mother is always attentive to me, so she is the person with whom I identify most.
