It is a blessing to greet you through this letter. Before introducing myself, I want you to know that my father and I gave all this information to a teacher of LW. My full name is Elias Benito Alvarez. I am a healthy 17-year-old boy. I no longer attend school because of a lack of economic resources. Nowadays, I work as a day laborer in my village. On weekends, I help my family with the household chores. I am grateful to LW for blessing me with food and medicines for free. I love eating fried chicken and hamburger patties with rice and sauce at the feeding program. I like celebrating Christmas at LW because the staff always gives me a gift.
Now, let me tell you about my family. My mom keeps busy doing the chores. She raises hens and pigs at home. She suffers from stress gastritis but is under medical treatment. My father is a farmer. He usually travels to the coast and picks coffee beans from November to February. He is a healthy man. My whole family and I attend Prince of Peace Church. My parents and I accepted Jesus many years ago. My father appreciates that a teacher of the evangelism team of LW encouraged us to continue seeking God and moving forward. I say goodbye to you for now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
With many blessings,
Elias Benito Alvarez
