My Story

Cordial greetings from the land of the eternal spring, Guatemala! My full name is Tereso De La Cruz Benito, and I am excited to share my information with you. I hope you find this letter engaging. I am 14 years old and am doing my best at school. I am in sixth grade. That has been the most satisfying experience I have had. I felt a lot of happiness when I received my report card and found out that I had good scores last year. I want to share that I have made good friends at school. My best friend’s name is Pablo. We usually gather with other children to play soccer.

I am so happy because Jesus is also my friend. I have a lot of reasons to be grateful to Him. As proof of His divine providence, my whole family and I are healthy. I admire my mother because she does her best to take care of us. While she keeps busy at home, my father works as a day laborer to support our family. He also grows corn and beans to sell. We are members of the Prince of Peace Church. We enjoy participating in the First Fruit Presentation. Thank you so much for reading my update! Take care of yourself.
