My Story

Hello! My name is Silvia Eliza Riz Coj, and I am pleased to share a little about my life with you through this letter. I am 17 years old and I dedicate myself to helping my mother with household chores. She is a great housewife and does her best to contribute to the expenses. She raises and sells domestic animals. I want to share that I made a good friend in my village about four years ago. Her name is Zoila. The activities we enjoy the most when we gather are talking and reading. I have one sister who is younger than me. She is 8 years old and attends the second grade. I was so happy to know that she passed her grade with good scores last year. I am sure that God helped her.

When somebody asks me who Jesus is to me, I say He is my Savior and healer. My family and I attend the Prince of Peace Church. The activity we enjoy the most is the Thanksgiving for the harvest. I want you to know that I identify with my father because he is compassionate. He works hard as a farmer and day laborer in our village. By the grace of the Lord, my whole family and I are healthy.
