My Story

Hello! It is a blessing for me to greet you. My full name is Blanca Viviana Yat Tzoy and I am blessed to tell you that my mother also was a registered child in the Feeding Program. She remembers the delicious meals she enjoyed. She enrolled my siblings and me due to her nice experience, so she is thankful for the support with delicious meals for free that I have been blessed with for ten years. 

I am seventeen and I am in 9^th grade this year. I love cold weather to wear my warm clothing.  I study in the afternoons, but I help my mother with some chores in the mornings. She is a housewife, but she continues tending her small shoe business. She sells sandals every Thursday and Sunday in the local plaza to support my father with the home expenses. She asks for your prayers for my family and also for my studies. My father continues earning a living as a barber in Zacualpa town to sustain the family in spite of his prosthesis and not being able to do heavy work.

As for our spiritual life, we belong to the Pentecostal Church and we like to learn the word of God. I love the praise time. We have Jesus in our hearts, so we are secure of our salvation and that we will live with God forever. The LW teacher encouraged my mother to continue trusting God, and she would like to ask for your prayers for my studies and for the family.
