My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of Jesus hoping you are doing great! Praise the Lord my family and I attend Catholic Church; we go once per week. This time LW staff shared the gospel with us and encouraged us to continue seeking God; we appreciate the advice. I am doing well and enjoying good health. My mother is Marta Alicia Aguilar, and she is 34 years old. She makes a living by working as a merchant and is giving me economic support. My father is Endy Timoteo Cux, and he is 30 years old. He is a merchant and is supplying the home expenses. My stepmother is Alicia Guarcas and she is 34 years old. She works by selling French fries. My parents got separated a long time ago, and now, they have other partners. I was living with my mother, but recently, I went to live with my father and his family. My father and mother have communication and are supporting me.

My name is Adolfo Alexander Cux Aguilar, and I am a 15-year-old boy. This year I attended 6^th grade; I received my classes at school, and my learning improved a lot. Fortunately, my parents had resources to buy what I needed for school this time. My native language is Spanish, and I would like to learn to speak K'iche´ Mayan dialect because I want to better understand the people of my village. I enjoy playing football which is the sport I like the most, and my dream is to become a football player. I like Christmas time; I like to sell firecrackers and get some money. I like sodas, especially Coca-Cola which is my favorite one. Someday, I would like to have a birthday celebration with my whole family. I am so grateful to Living Water for blessing me with food, dental and medical care in the clinics; I am so blessed to be part of the program. Our primary needs are groceries. So long, take.
