My Story

Good morning, how have you been? This is Kenny Franky Yat Tzoy and I want you to know that my mother also attended the Feeding Program in the past. She remembers the blessing she had with her plate of nice food for free. She knows that we are receiving good nutrition, and this was the reason to send us. I registered many years ago, and my sisters also are registered. My mother is thankful for your support.

I am fourteen and I am in 7^th grade this year. I study in the afternoon and I help my mother with some chores in the mornings. She continues tending her small shoe business at the local plaza. She earns a living by selling sandals. She also does the household duties. My father is a barber and he struggles every day in spite of his prosthesis and not being able to do heavy jobs. I am in good health. I enjoy when the days are cold because I like to wear my warm clothing, so I prefer cold weather.

I love the praise time from my church. As you know, we are members of the Pentecostal Church and we enjoy learning about the word of God. We have Jesus in our hearts, so we will be in heaven with him. The LW teacher encouraged my mother to continue trusting God. She asks for your prayers for my whole family and also for my studies.
