Hello! This is Jose Bartolo Pastor Benito, and I am writing this letter to tell you how I am. I am 15 years old, and I am well. I am not attending school this year because I did not want to. I now sometimes work as a farmer in my town. I gather firewood on weekends. I have been blessed with medicine and lunches at the feeding program, and there, my favorite dish is fried chicken. Christmas celebration is one of my favorite activities at the program because of the present and special lunch.
I live with my parents who are in good health. My father works as a farmer and goes to pick coffee beans at the coast for 2 or 3 months. My mother works hard at home and sells tomatoes and guicoy (a kind of squash) to improve the income. We raise hens, sheep and a pig for selling when we need money. We also grow corn and black beans for our consumption. We attend the Catholic Church and we are assured of our Salvation. I tell you that my mother helped me to give this information to an Evangelism teacher, and she took advantage to ask for prayers for our health and daily provision. I end my letter wishing you the best.
Cordially yours
Jose Bartolo Pastor Benito
