My Story

This is Ana Indira Hernandez, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. We stopped attending church some months ago due to some complications. My mother feels happy because I always receive God’s Word at the feeding program. We have dogs, ducks and cats as pets. We are a humble family, and our greatest needs are groceries and medicine for my mom. My father’s name was Jimmy, and sadly, he passed away years ago. My mother’s name is Reyna. She is 38 years old, and she works as a maid three times per week. She also has a small grocery store at home. I want to ask you to pray for my mother because she suffers from facial paralysis since last year. She visited a doctor and is taking medicine to get better.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 13 years old, and I am healthy. I am in 7^th grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because I can share time with other people. It has been difficult for my mother to cover my school expenses because she does not earn much money, but she does her best. I would like to become a psychologist or veterinarian when I am older. It would be incredible to learn English someday. My favorite celebration is Christmas because I like the presents. I have a small dinner with my family when it is my birthday. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking sodas like “Coca-Cola”. Living Water and you are very important in my life because you have blessed me in a big way through the feeding program.
