Child
Hello, good afternoon! I am pleased to write this letter to tell you a little bit about my life. My full name is Maricela Chingo and I am 14 years old. Thanks to LW-Adopt A Child, I have received delicious food for nine years. I also receive Bible lessons and what I like the most is praying. My mother appreciates all the benefits that my siblings and I have received through this organization because she has noticed that many other families have been blessed. I am in sixth grade and I usually help my mother to make tortillas and wash clothes. I like the cold weather because it is refreshing. I tell you that I live with my mother and three of my siblings.
Thankfully, we are all in good health. My mother works hard as a day laborer and farmer to support our needs and expenses. My biological father does not live with us, but we receive his financial support monthly. We do not attend any church at the moment, but I hope we can do it soon. Brother Pablo (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother and encouraged her to look for God again. Could you please pray for our spiritual life and well-being? It is time to say goodbye, but I thank you so much for taking the time to read my information.
Cordially yours,
Maricela Chingo
