My Story

It is a pleasure to greet you cordially and hope you have a blessed and successful day. I want to share some news about my family and me through this letter. I am Jose Alberto Rabanales Giron, and I am 16 years old. Currently, we are not attending any church. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with my sister and for their encouraging words. This year, I am not registered in school because I do not want to continue studying. I finished 5th grade last year, and now I am working in a plant nursery by filling bags with soil in order to earn some money. My dream is to become a policeman. I speak Spanish where I live, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. My favorite season of the year is winter because I love the rain. Coffee is my favorite beverage. Soccer is the sport that I prefer. What I like to do for my birthday is to spend that day with my family.  Thank God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Mirna Cristina Giron Ordoñez. She is 35 years old. At the moment, she earns a living by working as a maid in order to help with home expenses. My father`s name is Yener Alberto Rabanales Lopez.  He is 38 years old. He works as a taxi driver, and he supports our family financially even though he is separated from us. We have some turtles, fish, a cat, 4 dogs, 3 parakeets, and a parrot at home. As a humble family, our needs are groceries. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every year´s end. Thank you for everything you do for me. May God bless you greatly!

Huge hugs,

Jose Alberto Rabanales Giron
