Child
Hello! My name is Alberto Emanuel, and I am writing this letter to share with you a little about me. I am 13 years old, and I am in 7th grade this year. I have been attending the feeding program for about 5 years, and I enjoy it because I spend time with my friends and learn about God during the Bible classes. I am a good boy, and I help my grandma to sweep, mop, clean the stove and other things. Here in Guatemala, it is winter season, but I prefer the hot weather. Thank God, I am in good health.
Please keep my grandma in your prayers because it has been difficult for her to cover our needs. She only receives a small pension from the Social Security and has to pay many bills with that. She asks God to touch my father’s heart so that he supports us; it has been a long time since he has not helped us. I only know he is working as a driver. I have an aunt who helps my grandma. She is very grateful to Living Water because it has been a great blessing for us.
As a family, we are attending the Catholic Church. We like attending it because, as brethren, we encourage each other; we always receive good treatment there. A LW Evangelism teacher talked with my grandma to collect all this information, and he took the opportunity to share the gospel with us. We are sure we are God’s children and believe we will be in Heaven someday. I end my letter asking for your prayers for my family and our health.
Sincerely yours
Alberto Emanuel Alfaro Chavez
