My Story

Hello! It is a great blessing for me to be part of the feeding program from Living Water. My name is Maydelin Brizayda Lopez Ordonez. I am a 14-year-old girl. We stopped attending church some months ago. It was so kind of the evangelism teacher to encourage us to return to church and seek God. Jesus is my strength to face any problem that comes into my life. My mom is working as a farmer in San Sebastian farm. My dad does construction work in Alotenango village and he gives us financial support. This time I want to open my heart and share with you that my parents got separated last year. Unfortunately, they had marital problems and now, they live separately. My mom is diabetic and continues taking medicines to stay stable. I would like you to include my family in your prayers so, we can stay well.

This year I attend 8^th grade at school. My friend´s name is Gabriela. We have been friends for 3 years and we like to do our homework together. I get along very well with my mom; she always looks out for me and my siblings. I want to share with you the most beautiful experience I have had. Two years ago, my family and I went to “Panajachel”; it is a village by the shore of Lake Atitlan. We enjoyed it a lot and God took care of us during the trip. Living Water has been a great support for me and my family. I would like you to know that my mom, Norma, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me.
