My Story

My name is Luis Andre, and it is a privilege for me to tell you my news through this letter. I attend the Catholic Church in our town. My family and I usually do it three times every month. My father, Luis Fernando Noriega Noriega, is 41 years old. He works as a teacher at an elementary school. Actually, I attended that school this year. My mother, Ingrid Mariela Velasquez Velasquez, is 33 years old. She is also a teacher, and while my father and her work hard, a nanny takes care of my brother and me. As for health, let me tell you that we are all in good health. My parents do their best for our family, but sometimes it is complicated for them to support our needs since everything is expensive. Some of our needs are groceries. Taking advantage of this moment, I want you to know that LW has been a great help for my family and me. Many needy children like me enjoy having tasty food at the feeding program.

I am 10 years old, and I attended school as a fourth grader this year. I enjoyed attending face-to-face classes because I could do homework easily. There are many things that I would love to do when I grow up. Some of them are to become a successful sportswoman and speak French. My favorite time is Christmas because I love having tamales. Besides that, I love celebrating my birthday because my parents organize a birthday party and buy a pinata (it is a traditional birthday puppet) for me. My favorite sport is soccer, and I love drinking natural fruit juices. To end this letter, I want you to know that my aunt, Barbara Velasquez, helped me to give all this information to a teacher of LW to update you about my life. See you later!
