My Story

Hello, my name is Mycol Alexander Suar Riz. I am so happy to share some information with you today about myself. First, I hope you are well as you read this short update. I pray God blesses you and your family wherever you are and in whatever situation you are in. I am thankful that I am in good health, and my family is too. I am fourteen years old now, but I am turning fifteen this year on October 20th. I am in sixth grade now, and thankfully I am doing well in school. Passing my grade last year was a huge achievement for me. I know God was with me throughout my studying and He gave me the knowledge and wisdom to pass. I have a best friend named Angel. We have been friends since we were little, and we love going out and playing soccer together.

My father is Sebastian Suar Chingo. He works as a farmer, and he sustains our family with what he earns. He works very hard for us. I love my dad, and I want to be like him because he is my biggest supporter, and he always has my back. My mom’s name is Pabla Riz Simaj. She stays at home as a housewife. She takes care of the housework and chores, but she also raises and sells chickens to help a little bit with our family finances. As a family we do not attend church, but I do know who Jesus is. He is the Savior. The Living Water evangelism teacher who talked with my sister shared the gospel message with her and my sister was very encouraged. My sister wants to talk with my mom so we can start going to church, because we know it is a good thing to go to church regularly. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading my information today. It was a pleasure to share this update, and it is a great feeling to think that someone from so far away could be thinking of me. I hope God will touch your heart in a special way. I send much love and big hugs to you and your loved ones.

Many blessings,

Mycol Alexander Suar Riz
