My Story

Hello again and blessings to you and your loved ones. It’s me, Genesis Raquelita de la Cruz Garcia. I want to share my recent news with you. I am 8 years old now and I am in first grade this year. I go to school in the morning and afterward, I like to ride my bike and play with my dolls. Thank God, my family is well and in good health. My mother is Petrona Maribel Garcia, and she works making refreshments with my grandmother to sell to the public. My father does not live with us, but he does support my family economically by sending us money each week. At home we grow corn for our own consumption, and we also have chickens which we sell when we need some extra money.

We are very grateful for the work that Living Water does. We have been blessed by the meals each week and the free medicine when we are in need. I love to eat the fried chicken at the program. I also love receiving a beautiful gift from Living Water at the Christmas Celebration. It has been a huge help and blessing to me and my family. We attend the United Pentecostal Church, as we have for many years. My mother is a deaconess and intercessor, and she also helps lead the youth. She is a very strong Christian lady, and she prays that my siblings and I will be saved by faith in Christ Jesus. I say goodbye now, but I want to say that my mother shared this information with the LW teacher who visited us. I wish you good health and the presence of God over your life today and always.
