My Story

This is a wonderful day to say hello to you and wish you many successes in your daily activities. I want to tell you a little about my family and me with this letter in this opportunity and I hope you enjoy reading my information because it was made specially for you with much love.

About my family: They are grateful for every benefit that I have received from the LW Ministries. As a family, we are attending the Assembly of God Church called Light and Life. The LW teacher encouraged my mother during the visit and she is assured of her salvation and is grateful for the beautiful words. My mother`s name is Irma Benito Calachij. She lives with us. She continues weaving typical belts to sell and get some income. She accepted Jesus in her heart some years ago. My father`s name is Santos Gomez Cux. He lives with the family and he is in good health. He works by digging artisanal wells in order to support us financially. Moreover, he grows corn and black beans for our family consumption. I want to let you know that we live in my grandmother`s house.  I ask for your prayers for my family.

About myself: I am Edgar Daniel Gomez Benito and I am 11 years old. I am a healthy boy. I am in 4^th grade at school this year and I attend school in the mornings from Monday to Friday. I spend my weekend taking care of my sister at home. LW Ministries has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like fried chicken which I love eating there and with medicines in the medical clinic. I enjoyed the dramas during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. May God bless you and keep you everywhere you are!
