My Story

I am immensely grateful because Living Water has been blessing me with lunch and medicine for seven years. Please receive warm regards from Fares Adonias de la Cruz. I am a healthy 14-year-old boy. I do not attend school due to a lack of resources. I enjoy singing in the special activities in the feeding program. I spend time at home helping gather firewood at home. During the cold season, I like to drink coffee.  I would like to play an instrument at church.

I want to tell you that, thank God, my family is doing great and everyone is healthy. My father makes a living working both as a day laborer and as a farmer. My mother stays at home doing the chores, and she earns extra money raising and selling hens. My mother remembers when she was part of the feeding program. It was a blessing because she enjoyed spending time in the youth group learning about God. Therefore, she wanted us to have this experience. She also had the opportunity to work as a tortillera for a time in Living Water. My parents are grateful for the support that our family has received. My family attends a Methodist Church Ebenezer. God has been good to our family, and every day we witness His mercy. My mother would like to ask for your prayers for God to take care of her children. God bless each one who makes this possible.
