My Story

Hello! I hope you are having a blessed year. This is Adeline, and I greet you with much love. I want to start by thanking you for supporting me through the feeding program; I tell you that I have been attending it for about 5 years. I am in good health, and I am attending 3^rd grade this year. After classes, I help to wash the dishes and sweep. We are in winter season here in Guatemala, but I do not like to it too much. I prefer the hot weather.

As you know, my father does not live with us nor does he give my mother money for my expenses. He has another family and only supports me a little when I ask him for it. My mother covers all our needs, and she earns a living by doing stylist work. I would like to ask for your prayers for her because she has some kind of mass in one of her breasts. She has not visited the doctor due to our low resources. My mom admires Living Water Ministry because they are representing God’s Kingdom and guiding every child to His Ways; she is very grateful for that. She feels free to send me to the feeding program because she has seen positive results in me. I enjoy the program’s food, but I also like the bible classes because I learn Bible verses.

We are attending Family of God Church, and I like being part of it because we are united and work with love. This year, my mother helped me to give my information to LW Evangelism teacher. He asked us an interesting question about what we would tell God so that He will allow us to enter His Kingdom, and we believe that our answer is because we seek Him every day and look for His perfection; also, because we are His children.  We are grateful for having this opportunity to share a little about us with you. To finish their visit, the team prayed for us and we felt God’s peace in our hearts.
