My Story

Hello, everybody! It is such a blessing to write this letter to share a little about my life with you. Before starting, I want you to know how grateful my parents are for all the support that I have received at LW-Adopt A Child. We pray that God pours lots of blessings upon the staff and all those that provide this organization with their financial support. I am Angel Alejandro Ramirez Suret and my mother remembers that some of our neighbors told her about this project, and I started to go there about five years ago. What I like the most is praying before having my meals. I am 14 years old and I am in seventh grade again. Fortunately, I am in good health. I usually do the cleaning in our house and wash the dishes to help my mother with the chores. My parents work hard to support the daily needs of our family and cover the rent of our house. Could you please pray for them so that they do not lack work?

My mother is doing well and strives to provide for us by selling fruits and underclothes to contribute to the expenses. On vacation, I usually help her to sell homemade snacks like mole, rellenitos, and atol. My father is also a merchant and what he sells the most are clothes. He suffers from diabetes, but he attends his checkups and receives medicine to mitigate the issues. It is almost time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that brother Juan Carlos (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother and me as an encouragement to look for God, which we really appreciated. We do not attend any church at the moment, but I hope we can do it soon. Until next time!
