My Story

I feel so privileged to say hello to you through this letter. I hope you are having a fantastic day alongside your family. My full name is Cristofher Gabriel De Leon Moya, and I am a healthy 11-year boy. What I enjoy the most is drawing and playing with my friends on weekends. Fortunately, I am in fifth grade this year. I attend school from 7:00 to 12:30 pm. After classes, I go to the feeding program to enjoy a delicious lunch. My favorite food is Bolognese spaghetti. You can feel a warm environment when you get there. So, it would be fun and engaging to help the staff as a volunteer with the tasks at the feeding program. Last year, I celebrated Christmas there. What I liked the most were the lovely Christmas environment and food. I am glad to be part of this project because it has blessed my family and me so much.

For instance, the evangelism team from LW-Adopt a Child shared the gospel with my mom as an encouragement to attend church since we do not do it. They also invited us to LW Liberty Church. I hope we can go there soon. Talking about my mom, I want you to know she is in good health. She makes a living as a waitress in a place where they prepare and sell Guatemalan homemade food. She is a hardworking woman who does her best to support our family. I ask you to pray for health and provision for my family and me. In advance, thank you so much! As for my father, let me tell you that he separated from my mom for many years. He occasionally visits me, although he does not help me economically.
