Hello! I am so happy to write this letter to share a little bit about my life with you. This is Joselyn Pastor Gonzalez and I am pleased to tell you that I have attended the feeding program for about six years. I usually receive Bible lessons before having my meals and I like them because I have learned more about God. Thankfully, I am a healthy 12-year-old girl. I am in fifth grade and I prefer cold weather rather than hot. I usually help my mother to wash the dishes. The area of my church that calls my attention the most is the musician group. It would be nice to serve there someday. I attend the Catholic Church, and the family environment invites me to persevere there alongside my parents and brother.
I am pleased to tell you that my mother does not have any doubt of being admitted into Heaven because she received Jesus in her heart. Sister Yesenmia (a member of the LW staff) congratulated and encouraged her to keep going. She also shared with us that she has assurance of going to heaven. I tell you that my family and I live with my grandparents, uncles, and cousins. My parents work hard to support our family and contribute to the expenses at home. My father makes a living as a day laborer and farmer, while my mother weaves typical clothes and sells domestic animals that she raises. By the grace of the Lord, my whole family and relatives are doing well. This is all for now, but I send you many kisses and hugs. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
From the bottom of my heart,
Joselyn Pastor Gonzalez
