My Story

Hello! This is Elizabeth Amairani De Leon Lopez, and I am writing this letter to tell you about my life. I continue living with my maternal grandfather and two aunts. My grandpa has my sister’s and my custody since our parents did not take responsibility for us. He works as an Uber driver and covers our needs. My aunt, Sara, works in a cloth store and contributes with the home income when she can; she is the one who stays with us. My other aunt, Daniela, works as a cook in a restaurant, and she sometimes accompanies us to the feeding program. My family and I attend King of Salem Church, and we have been Christian people since many years ago. I accepted Jesus in my heart when I was a little child.

I am in good health, and I am 9 years old now. I am in 2^nd grade, and I attend school from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. I like playing with my sister and cousin in my free time. I am grateful to the feeding program for its support and delicious dishes; my favorite one is spaghetti Bolognese. I would like to be part of LW collaborators because I like serving others. I enjoy Christmas celebration at the program because they do different activities each year. I have cats and one dog as pets.  LW Evangelism team visited us to collect this letter’s information, and they took the opportunity to encourage us to continue attending church.
