Hello! I thank you for taking time to read my personal information; God bless you. My name is Dereck Abraham Sanchez Perez. I am a 13-year-old boy. I am in 7th grade; I take classes at school and sometimes by Zoom. I deliver homework every day. I have Wi-Fi at home, and I use WhatsApp to communicate with my teacher. Fortunately, this study method has not affected my learning, and I am doing well. I hope the feeding program can open because I am missing the food, and I want to be with my friends. I walk 15 minutes to get to the program. My father passed away several years ago. My mother works as a secretary to support our home expenses. I thank God for keeping my family and me healthy. Even though, we do not go out anywhere, we enjoy spending time at home. We like chatting at dinner, watching movies and playing table games. At Christmas, we usually go to thanksgiving service at church, and we share the dinner with our relatives.
We attend Treasures of Grace Church, and it is located about 5 minutes from home. While our church was closed, we missed feeding our souls with God´s word. We are living in our own property; there are 2 rooms, living and dining room. Those are made of blocks, tin sheets roof and a cement floor. We have running water and electricity. The house is in good condition. This pandemic made us feel stressed and afraid to get the virus. In spite of that, my family and I are very grateful to Living Water because they have been delivering food parcels which is a great support. It has arrived when we have had a lack of food at home. God bless everyone who supports the program. For now, our greatest needs are food and shoes. To finish, I want to tell you that a member from LW visited us at home, and my older sister gave this updated information personally. I send many hugs hoping to receive news from you soon. Every blessing for you!
Kind regards,
Dereck Abraham Sanchez Perez
