My Story

Dear Madrina, thank you for loving and blessing me through LW Adopt-A-Child. This is Axel Jonathan Mauricio Gomez Hernandez and thankfully, my whole family and I are doing fine and in good health. I have a good emotional connection with my parents and I love to talk and go to church with them.  As you know, we are members of Prince of Peace Christian Church. We participate in many activities at church because I know that Jesus is my God. My father is assured of his salvation and he helped to collect all this information during the visit. LW encouraged him to continue seeking God. His name is Manuel. Nowadays, he is working as a day laborer for two or three days per week, but sometimes the money that he earns is not enough to cover our family budget. My father feels so sad because sometimes he cannot find a job in our village. I ask for your prayers for him.

I am thankful because God has protected me in my school because this year, I studied kindergarten and everything went well in my classes. It has been a good experience in my life. I am six years old and Esvin is the name of my best friend. We like to play with balls when we are together. We met one year ago. This was my updated information and I send you my best wishes for a wonderful Christmas season!
