My Story

This is Yenifer Paola Perez Quinac, and I greet you with much love hoping you find my letter interesting. I live in Jocotenango town together with my parents; thankfully, they are healthy. My mother earns a living working as a maid. Her name is Celia, and she is 27 years old. My father supports the family working as a mason helper. His name is Hugo, and he is 33 years old. We are a humble family, so we are frequently in need of groceries. Please keep us in your prayers. We do not attend church due to our lack of time, so LW Evangelism team shared the gospel with us and invited us to Liberty Church. I feel so happy to attend the feeding program because I receive food and medicine for free; Living Water is very important for me.

I am in 3^rd grade this year, and I prefer face-to-face classes because I learn more and share time with my classmates. I frequently have to buy school supplies, and there are times that my parents do not have money to cover them, so it has been a difficult situation for them. I dream to become a firefighter, and it would be nice to learn English someday. I share good moments with my family for Christmas, so it is my favorite time of the year; also, the weather is cold, and I like it. I love running and drinking sodas like Pepsi. We do not have the custom of celebrating our birthdays, but I would like to eat cake and pizza on my special day. I say goodbye to you for now hoping to have news from you soon.
