My Story

Receive many blessings from the beautiful Jocotenango town! I am Jose Leonel Perez Quinac, and I am glad to write this letter to share with you how my family and I have been throughout this 2026. Thankfully, we have been healthy so far. My parents are grateful to LW-Adopt A Child for all the benefits that my siblings and I receive like food, medical-dental care, and spiritual guidance. I have attended the feeding program for about four years. Recently, a member of the staff shared the gospel and talked with my mother about how important it is to be assured of getting into Heaven by building a solid relationship with God. We still do not attend any church at the moment, so I kindly ask you to pray for us. My mother appreciated her encouraging words and advice a lot. As a housewife, she dedicates her full time to taking care of our family.

I usually help her to do a few household chores while my father works hard to bring food home. He is a mason in our town. Now, let me tell you a little bit more about me. I am 10 years old, and I attend 4th grade at school. Between hot weather and cold, I consider that hot weather is much better if you do not want to get sick due to low temperatures.
