My Story

I fondly greet you, hoping this information finds you doing well. My full name is Frankli Brayan Vicente Lucas and I am 11 years old. I am in fifth grade and I like cold weather because it is perfect to wear my favorite sweaters. Thankfully, I am a healthy boy and I have attended the feeding program for about three years. My family and I heard about LW-Adopt A Child since we were invited to attend the M25 meals that they serve at Liberty Church. The leaders invited my brother and me to attend the feeding program, which has been a great blessing. My family and I depend on what my father earns by selling assorted items on the streets in Antigua Guatemala. On the other hand, my mother keeps busy doing the household chores and taking care of my brother and me. Fortunately, they are in good health.

We are members of the Prince of Peace Church and what motivates us to persevere there is listening to the gospel. Please pray for us so that God helps us to not give up and continue working to improve spiritually. My father has assurance of going to Heaven because God loves us and gave us salvation. Brother Franklin (a member of the LW staff) recently agreed with what my father said and encouraged my father to continue persevering in his faith in Jesus.
