My Story

I am writing this letter for you with much happiness in my heart. My full name is Katerin Dayana Monroy Valle, and I am in good health. What about you? I am 11 years old and attend school as a fifth-grade student. I have classes from 7:00 to 12:30 hrs. I like weekends because I have free time to relax and watch TV. I want you to know that my family is doing well. My father works hard as a carpenter to support us economically. My mom is a very busy housewife and takes care of me. I ask you to pray for the well-being of my family and me. In advance, thank you so much!

We are members of a Christian Church. One of my uncles has the privilege of belonging to the worship group. He sings during the services. My mom was glad to write this letter with me. She wants to thank you so much for blessing our family through LW. The staff has made me feel loved when I go to the feeding program. Last year, I enjoyed celebrating Christmas there. Cooks prepare delicious food, but my favorite is Bolognese spaghetti. Helping the staff as a volunteer catches my attention. So, I hope to do it someday. To end this letter, I want you to know that LW staff shared the gospel with us as an encouragement to continue seeking the Lord. I enjoyed sharing my news with you. I will leave you now, but I hope to hear your news soon.
