My Story

Special regards from Chuchuca! My name is Maynor Ruiz Toj, and I am grateful to the Lord because I can share a little about my life with you through this letter. I am 8 years old and I love playing soccer with my friends. My best friend’s name is Geovany. I tell you that I was repeating the first grade this year. At the beginning, I was sad when I heard that I did not pass the grade, but my parents prayed so that Jesus gave me peace and comfort. I want to share that I love my parents, especially my mother because she prepares delicious meals. She is dedicated to doing the household chores, like raising domestic animals to sell.

Moreover, she works as a day laborer just like my father does to support our family. Please pray for us because we still do not attend any church. I have learned a little about Jesus thanks to the Living Water staff. Talking about them, I want you to know that my oldest sister and I are grateful for being part of this charity because a member of the staff encouraged us to seek the Lord and shared a verse with us recently. We took advantage of that opportunity to share all this information just to let you know about it. It is time to say goodbye, but I send you many hugs. Looking forward to hearing from you!
