My Story

This is Jeferson Keylor Chumil Gomez, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. We are still members of Prince of Peace Church, and we attend the services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are assured of our salvation. We have hens at home, and we sell them when we are in need of money. We grow corn and it is for our consumption. We are a humble family, and our needs are groceries. My father’s name is Alberto, but he is not part of my life. My mother’s name is Grecia. She is 34 years old, and she is in good health too. She works as a farmer and does the laundry of others to support us.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 8 years old, and I am healthy. I am repeating 1^st grade, and I learn more now that I am attending school in person. My mother has to struggle to support me with my studies. I want to become a guitar player when I am older. My favorite celebration is my church’s anniversary because we thank God for another year. We do not have the custom to celebrate our birthdays due to our low resources. I love drinking pineapple shakes, and I like playing soccer. I would like to learn the English language someday. Living Water is very important in my life because I am blessed in many ways through the feeding program. I hope to hear from you soon.
