My Story

Hello! I greet you cordially hoping you and your family are doing fine.  I want to tell you a little about my family and me with this letter in this opportunity.  I hope you enjoy reading my updated information because it is specially for you with all my love.

About my family: They are grateful for every benefit that I have received from the LW Ministries. As a family, we continue attending the Prince of Peace Church. The LW teacher encouraged my aunt during the visit to continue seeking God and she is grateful for the advice. My mother`s name is Estela Alvarado Gomez.  She lives with us. She is a housewife. Nowadays, she is unemployed. She raises hens to sell and get some income. Unfortunately, she suffers from her stomach and leg cramps. She visited the doctor, but she is not taking medicines. She accepted Jesus in her heart some years ago. We grow corn for our consumption. I want to let you know that we receive economic help from our neighbors who give us clothes, corn and soap because my mother is not working and we have many needs. I want to open my heart and tell you that unfortunately, my father passed away 4 months ago.  As you know, he was suffering from gastritis and it was advanced. The doctor said that it was the reason for his death. We are so sad and I ask for your prayers for my family. We miss him and we need strength and comfort for our hearts.  

About myself: I am Edy Eliseo Garcia Alvarado and I am 11 years old. I am in 4^th grade at school and I go to study every morning. I spend my weekend helping my mother with chores at home. At the moment, I am suffering from weakness in my body and lack of appetite. I visited LW doctor and I am under medical treatment. LW Ministries has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like the fried chicken that I love eating there and medicines in the medical clinic. I enjoyed receiving the special gift during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. I send you many blessings!
