My Story

Hello! I greet you cordially and I wish you a blessed day. It is a good opportunity to tell you a little about my family and me through this letter. About me: I am Astrid Gabriela Mendez Giron and I am 14 years old. I am a healthy girl. I am in 8th grade at school this year and I go to study every morning. After that, I help my grandmother with chores at home. I like to spend my weekend spending more time with my grandmother.  LW has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like the fried chicken that I love eating and the medicines in the medical clinic. In the future, I would like to become a volunteer for the Ministry and to get a new experience helping others. I enjoyed receiving the special gift during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. My grandmother is grateful for every benefit that I have received from the Ministry.

About my family: My grandmother`s name is Rosa Maria Sapon Lopez. She is 61 years old. As you know, I live under her care while my father is working. She does chores at home and takes care of my siblings. My father`s name is Cesar Wilfredo Mendez Sapon. He lives with us. He is in good health and he works as a truck driver in order to support the family financially. My grandmother asks for your prayers for the whole family and especially for my siblings and me because we miss my mother. We continue attending the New Jerusalem Church fifteen years ago. My grandmother serves God leading the services and reading the Bible. She is sure of her salvation because she has received Jesus in her heart. The LW team encouraged my grandmother to continue seeking God during the visit. I hope you like my letter and may God bless you greatly! (My grandmother provided this information to the Evangelism teacher)

Huge hugs,

Astrid Gabriela Mendez Giron
