My Story

Hello! This is Estuardo Kevin Yobani Garcia Tino. I am so excited to send you this short letter. It has been a lovely year, and I thank God for all the blessings He has given us. Let me tell you a little about what has happened in my life during these months. I turned 11 years old in September. I attend school and I am a third-grade student. I regret not studying last year, but this year I am doing my best to pass the grade. I identify with my mother because I spend a lot of time with her. I consider Jesus as my best friend. I also have a friend, Emely Garcia, and we have been friends since 4 years ago. We enjoy playing soccer. Thanks to God, I am a healthy child.

I have lovely parents and I thank God for them. My father Ovidio earns a living working as a day laborer, while my mother Juana goes to the local market to sell herbs. I would like to ask for your prayers for my mother’s health. She suffers from pain in her left foot. She has not visited the doctor due to low resources. She takes medicine that she buys in the pharmacy. My family attends the Catholic church. My favorite activities at church are harvest thanksgiving celebrations and processions. We are grateful to the evangelism teachers for sharing the gospel and encouraing us to continue persevering. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
