My Story

God's plans are perfect, and He allowed me to become part of LW. Through them, I was able to meet you, so I feel blessed to be able to say hello and tell you a little about my family and me. This is Fernando Garcia Cuin. I am 9 years old now. I attend second grade. I am healthy. I have the privilege to be part of the feeding program for three years. The thing that I like most is the playground games. I like to help my mother sweeping after school. I take this opportunity to wear my comfortable sweater when it is cold. I would like to play some instrument.

I am grateful for the effort my mother makes to give us a better life. She stays at home doing the chores but she makes typical items in order to earn money. My mother tells us that she attended the feeding program when she was young, and the thing that she liked most was receiving gifts. Therefore, she wanted us to have this experience too. She is thankful for every blessing for her sons and other children. As you know, my father abandoned us many years ago. We do not know anything about him. My family attends a Methodist Ebenezer Church. My mother is certain of her salvation and the evangelism teachers encouraged her to continue persevering in God’s ways. My family is doing great and everyone is healthy. My mother wants to ask for your prayers for God to bless us in our studies. I say goodbye to you for now. Please take care of yourself.
