My Story

It is a nice day to greet a good person like you. This is Edgar Manuel, and this is my history. I am under the care of my maternal grandparents because my mother lives and works in the United States. My grandparents’ names are Francisca and Manuel, and they are 65 and 63 years old. They look out for my well-being, and my mother sends money for my needs every month. She works in the construction area, and she keeps in touch with me; thankfully, she is in good health and so are my grandparents. My grandma helped me to give my information to LW Evangelism team.

My grandparents and I attend a Pentecostal Church called Prince of Peace, and we like it when there are thanksgiving services. I tell you that one of my hardest experiences has been my father’s death. We were praying, and only God helped my family and me to overcome his absence; we could feel God’s presence in those difficult times. I have learned many good things with my grandma, so she is the member of my family with whom I identify most. I have a good friend, and his name is Cesar; we like playing soccer in our free time. I returned to school this year, and I am in 5th grade now. I am in good health, and I am 13 years old. I say goodbye to you for now.

With much love
