My Story

My full name is Arnoldo Alberto Ruiz Ajqui, and I am glad to share a little about my life with you. First, I am grateful to God because I turned 14 years old in November. I am a healthy boy, and I am pleased to share that I did a good job at school last year. I could feel God’s presence while I did homework and learned my lessons. I am in fifth grade. I love playing soccer with my friends after school. My best friend’s name is Jeyler. Now, let me tell you a little about my family. My stepfather no longer lives with us, and my father stopped helping me economically a while ago. The one who supports our family is my mother.

I admire her hard work and loving care. She is healthy and dedicates herself to raising and selling chickens. She also makes seams to earn an extra income. We know that Jesus is our Savior because the LW staff shared the gospel with us recently. We do not attend any church at the moment, but I hope we can do it soon. Please pray for us. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that my mother and I were glad to share all this information with LW just for you. Thank you so much for reading my letter!
