What a blessing to have the opportunity to write you this letter to let you know more about my family and me. My name is Wendy. I am a second grader, and I turned 9 years old on May 27th. Thankfully, I am in good health. I have a good friend; her name is Darlyn. We have been good friends for the last two years, and we like to play together at recces. My family is in good health too; I live with my father and siblings. My father works as a farmer and day laborer to supply our needs; while our father works, we are under the care of our big sister, and she also does the household chores.
I enjoy learning more about God. I love to be part of Prince of Peace Church because we have many activities here, and I like to participate because I know everything is for God. If I can tell you who is Jesus for me, I will tell you that He is my savior because He died for my sins. Besides that, I love Him because He is comforting my heart and helping me to overcome my mother’s death; I have felt His presence in my life since it happened, and I can say this has been the most impacting moment I have lived. My mother passed away when I was five years old, and I always looked for her. I miss her, and I will always love her because I identified more with her because we looked alike. It was so nice to open my heart to you, and I also want you to know that my father provided this information. I wish you many blessings, and I hope to hear from you soon.
Kisses and Hugs,
Wendy Rossana Jimon Gonzalez
