My Story

Good morning! This is Victor Manuel Cruz Escobar and I am glad to belong to the Feeding Program for twelve years old. When we saw many children going to the Project and asked them what kind of activities they did, we were encouraged to attend. My mother registered me one year ago and I enjoy listening to the word of God in the Bible classes. My parents pray and bless the Ministry.

I live with them and my father continues earning a living in carpentry. He makes small shelves, but the money he earns is not enough, so he works as a driver of moto-taxis to earn extra money. My mother currently is selling home-made snacks in the afternoon. She is not traveling anymore because sadly, my grandmother already passed away. I beg for your prayers for my mother. Unfortunately, she is suffering from fatty liver, but she takes medicines and is under medical treatment from the Public Hospital called “San Juan de Dios”. Thankfully, my father and I are doing well. We are attending the Catholic Church called “La Merced” and we feel the peace of God with people at church. We are secure in our salvation because we are doing what is right.  The LW teacher shared the gospel with my father and prayed for my family, for provision and health. My father gave this information just for you. I am in 6^th grade and I am twelve years old. I sweep the floors; organize my clean clothing and I also do some errands. Moreover, I help my father with the carpentry work when I am on vacation from school. I love to play with water when the weather is hot. Well, thank you for blessing my life. Have a nice day!
