My Story

Good morning! This is Renata Mishel de la Cruz Gonzalez and I have attended the Feeding Program for three years. My mother enrolled me because she heard about the benefits for free for many children in need, and she is grateful for the support for me. I like to pray in the Bible classes and the LW teacher prayed for my whole family when she visited my home. We are believers and we attend the Sovereign King Christian Church. We love our church because the people there pray and fast. We are secure in our salvation because we have accepted Jesus in our hearts and we will be in heaven someday. My sister-in-law Encarnacion helped the LW teacher to collect my personal information.

I am in second grade and I am nine years old. I love cold weather because I like to be cool when I walk to the Feeding Center. I like to attend the Sunday School from my church. I live with my parents, and my sisters-in-law and nephews also live with us and share the home expenses with my parents. My father earns a living as a farmer and day laborer and my mother dedicates her time to the family. She does the chores and I help her to sweep. By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health. I am sending you all my love from the bottom of my heart!
