My Story

Good morning and blessings to you! My full name is Jimena Lucia Esperanza Perez Lemus, and this is a nice day to send you my updated information. First of all, I want to tell you that my mother is grateful for the support with tasty and hot meals for free that I get there and also for the teachings from God that I listen to in the Bible classes. She wishes many blessings from God to the Feeding Program because she knows that is a wonderful place. I have attended for three years and thank you for blessing me.

I live only under my mother`s care. She continues earning a living by cleaning. My father drives a moto-taxi to support me financially, but the money he gives is not enough to cover every expense. My mother pays the house rent. Our current needs are a wardrobe and a new big bed because my mother and I share the same bed. I am growing and it is short for us.  By the grace of God, my mother and I are in good health. I help her to wash dishes and I also sweep the floors at home. I am ten years old and I am in 3^rd grade this year. I love to visit the swimming pools when days are hot, but only when I have the opportunity, so I prefer hot weather.

As a family, we are not attending any church yet, so the LW teacher shared the gospel to my mother and she is thankful for the word of God because she knows that only he has been with us through the difficult times and provided a job for her.  She is thinking to attend one. She helped to collect this information and she asks for your prayers for economic provision and health for my family. I hope you enjoy reading my letter. Blessings to you!
