My Story

Hello! I am Rian Cela and I am happy to share about myself and my family through this information provided and signed by my mother and which is coming to you from the team of Adopt a Child. I am 3 years old and my birthday is on September. I am doing well and in good health. My favorite color is blue and my future dream is to become a driver. I enjoy playing with car toys all day long, in the house as well as at kindergarten. I started to frequent kindergarten for the first part of the day. I have a lot of new friends and we played sharing our toys, learned a lot of new songs and our teacher has also taken us to play outside while the weather was nice and warm. I am at present in the house because the kindergarten closes till September for summer break and will miss some of my friends I could meet there only. I like to meet with my friends every morning and play with ball and other games. I also like to spend time cycling my bike around, but I stay close to my house cycling it. I have a brother who is older. We spend a lot of time playing together in the house and he likes to ride car toys, same as I do. When my mother does cleaning or cooking, we sit together to watch programs for children or cartoons. My brother is registered also in the sponsorship program and we go there together. My family and I live in a village of the district of Pogradec. I have seven persons in my family and they are my grandparents, uncle, parents and my brother. My family deals with agriculture and we keep a cow. My parents plant quite a lot so that we have more food provision for ourselves and our cow. My grandfather receives a mall pension from his previous job. Because we are very challenged financially and our needs are many to be met, my father is emigrating and working in Greece to provide for us. He works three months in Greece for the people who hire him during the agricultural season. We miss him while he lives in Greece, on the other hand, we are happy he has this opportunity of working to provide for us. I am thankful to the sponsorship program for the food packages that are provided to me and my brother. We frequent constantly and receive these food packages every time they are delivered at our church. My brother and I enjoy going to the Bible classes and learning about the Lord.
