My Story

Hello! This is Erika Alicia Rodriguez de la Cruz and I am happy to belong to the Feeding Program for two years. My father registered me when he heard about the hot meals and medicines for many children in need. He is grateful for the support, and they pray for LW Adopt-A-Child. I like to attend the Bible classes because we pray. My father shared this information to the LW teacher. The teacher shared the gospel to him, and he was listening attentively. At the moment, we are not attending any church.

I live with my father and stepmother at home. My father struggles every day for our family by working as a farmer and typical day laborer. My stepmother is a housewife and she also raises hens and pigs to sell and contribute to the home expenses. She has been living with us for five years. I sweep at home. Thankfully, I am in 3^rd grade this year and I am eleven years old. I love cold weather to wear my warm clothing. Well, it was a pleasure for me to tell you my little story and thank you for your attention. Blessings to you!
