My Story

Dear Sponsor: First of all, I want you to know that I feel so happy to be able to write this 2026 update to you about myself and tell you how things have been going for me lately. This is your sponsored child, Alida Luzmila. I am sending my best regards, and I hope you and your family are doing well. I am repeating 1^st grade this year. I am a healthy 7-year-old child. I have been blessed through the feeding program for the past three years. I will always remember that it was here where I learned to pray. In spite of my young age, I help my mother do the chores. My favorite weather is cold. It is the best time to bundle up.

My parents are grateful for the support you have given us, especially for free lunches. Let me tell you, by the Grace of God my family is in good health. Now, my father works as a truck driver. My mother does not have a formal job, but she makes a point of helping my father with our expenses, so during corn season, she prepares boiled corn to sell and earn some money. We do not attend a church. Please pray for our family and for God to continue blessing us. The LW teacher took the time to encourage us to seek God´s way. I say goodbye to you for now.
