My Story

Hello! y full name is Carlos Ruiz Ajqui and I want to tell you that my parents and I are doing well. My father and mother are doing their best for us and my father continues working as a farmer and typical day laborer. Furthermore, he travels to the coast from November to February to pick coffee beans to earn extra money to cover our needs. My mother dedicates her time to the family and household chores, but she also raises and sells hens. Moreover, she is a weaver and she contributes to the home expenses. She gave all this information to the LW teacher, and she would ask for your prayers for health for my whole family.

Thankfully, we continue persevering in Church of Christ, and we like to receive the visit from the leaders because they encourage us to continue seeking God. I enjoy attending my church along with my mother. We believe that someday we will be in heaven because we have received Jesus in our hearts. The LW teacher encouraged my mother to continue trusting God.

I have belonged to the Feeding Program for one year, and I like to attend the Bible classes because I learn the Bible stories. My mother registered me due to her nice experience in the past that she had when she attended the Program. She has good memories about the discipleship classes and the soccer championship. I am 8 years old and I am in 2^nd grade. I help my mother to prepare the threads before she weaves. I love cold weather because I like to drink hot coffee and to wear my warm clothing during cold days. This was my updated information and thank you for your support. I wish you a nice day!
