My Story

Hello! My name is Ana. I am happy to tell you about myself and my family, while I am sharing my information through the sponsorship program of Adopt a Chld. My birthday is on December, and I will be 14 years old. I am doing well regarding health. My favorite color is black. I enjoy dealing with sports and my favorite game to play is football. When I finish school, I like to get together with my friends so that we can play football at the sport field of the school before we start walking back home. I have a lot of dreams and desires for my future, but I have not thought yet specifically what I like the best. I frequent the ninth grade of school and enjoy learning. My favorite subject is Music. I like singing and I also like to spend a lot of time listening to songs, movies and other educative programs on television. I do my best to help my mother with the housekeeping. I help her with all things she needs to do, with other words, whatever needs to be done, we do it together. I sit to study during the day for at least two hours. I also like to go for walks during the evenings together with my parents and older sister. I have five members in my family. My sister is older and she is a big support to me. I like to spend time with her. My parents are both jobless. My father has not a full time job, so he works in daily or weekly bases. He goes to work in emigration when he can and with the income that he receives there he covers our basic living needs. My mother is most of the time in the house and considered housekeeper. Our family is treated from the local government with a small amount which is considered as social assistance. I am happy to join the program of Adopt a Child so I can benefit help and care. My mother frequents the church together with me. We are happy that we receive food packages, education and special care from the church of Adopt a Child. God bless you richly!
