My Story

Hello! My name is Mateo Ibro. I am 6 years old and my birthday is on July 26th. I am doing well and in good health. My favorite color is orange. My future dream job is to become a electrician. I study at elementary school. My favorite subject is albanian language. I like to play with a ball, whatever game it is. I play with my friends near the house and I have a lot of fun with them. Every Wednesday I go to church with my mom and brother and I have a lot of fun there, because the teacher tells us many beautiful stories. At home I try to help my mom with the housework, collecting my toys and cleaning the yard with my dad and older brother.
I live in Polican with my parents and brother. Dad works wherever he can find and doesn't have a stable job. He is not working full time and receives a small pay, just to cover whatever is most needed for our family. While my mom doesn't work because she takes care of me and my brother. She is also busy cooking, cleaning, doing the shopping, walking with us every morning at school, etc. I am thankful to the program of Adopt a Child for the generous support as they are offering to us spiritual care through the church in Polican, as well as food package for our family. I frequent the church in Polican together with my mother and my brother. We enjoy participating in all the activities of the church. Thank you from my heart and God bless you!
