Hello! How are you? I am writing this letter to talk to you about my life and I hope it finds you in good health. My name is Maria Barrera Chingo, and I am 16 years old. I no longer study, so I keep at home helping my mother with the chores; I also go out to shepherd our animals. My father works as a farmer, and every end of the year, he goes to work in the sugar cane plantations at the coast. My mother works hard at home and raises domestic animals for selling to help with the income. We were economically affected by this pandemic because my father sometimes did not find a job; fortunately, we could survive thanks to the groceries that we received from the feeding program and my siblings’ school. In addition, we were selling herbs to earn some money.
God has been faithful with us all this time because He has always provided us with a plate of food. We received LW grocery bags when we needed them most and our Lord multiplied everything. I am very grateful to the Ministry for this and I pray God pours out many blessings upon it. Thank God, none of my family has gotten Covid-19, and we are healthy. We attend Full Gospel Church on Friday. Lastly, I want to tell you that my oldest sister helped me to give this information by phone to a LW Evangelism teacher. The staff did not meet us personally because they are avoiding physical contact as much as possible since they want to protect us from the current virus. I thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
With much love
Maria Barrera Chingo
